HFF Arranges Sale of 989 Market Street in San Francisco for $61 Million

The Mid-Market area that 989 Market Street is in is the home of more than 20 percent of technology companies headquartered in San Francisco.San Francisco – HFF has arranged the sale of 989 Market Street in San Francisco for $61 million. ASB Real Estate Investments purchased the 111,497-square-foot office and retail property from Harbert Management Corporation. Completed in 1908, the six-story office building underwent renovations from 2011 to 2013 and is 94 percent occupied. Current tenants include two technology companies, Zendesk and Zoosk, and national retailer Blick Art Supplies occupies the ground-floor retail space. HFF managing directors Steven Golubchik and Nicholas Bicardo, directors John Simerlein, Nathan Blair and Mark Damiani, and senior real estate analyst Josh DiSalle led the team representing Harbert.
