Homesense Signs 29,000-Square-Foot Lease at Sea Turtle Marketplace in Hilton Head, South Carolina

Hilton Head, S.C. — TJX brand Homesense has signed a 29,000-square-foot lease to anchor Sea Turtle Marketplace in Hilton Head. Scheduled to open in spring 2024, the store will be the first for the brand in South Carolina. Other tenants at the newly redeveloped retail center, which totals 100,000 square feet, include Starbucks Coffee, West Marine, PetSmart, Golf Galaxy, Gusto Ristorante, Tai Chi Massage Spa, Island Nail Spa, Blaze Beauty Studio, Jersey Mike’s, Orange Theory Fitness and Parker’s Kitchen. Melissa McDonald of The Providence Group represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Darrell Palasciano and Matt Henry of Providence represented the landlord, Greenberg Gibbons.
