Jenny CushingPhoenix – Jenny Cushing has joined Vestar as assistant vice president of leasing and will be responsible for overseeing and growing the company’s leasing efforts through California, Arizona and Nevada. Prior to joining Vestar, Cushing worked in the leasing efforts of American Realty Capital Properties/Cole Real Estate Investments. She managed a portfolio of 50 shopping centers totaling 10 million square feet, leasing more than 2 million square feet, with a transaction value of more than $200 million.
