Newington, N.H. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged the $104 million sale of The Crossings, a 509,749-square-foot retail center anchored by Trader Joe’s and Aldi in Newington. Dave Monahan, Chris Angelone, Nat Heald, Cameron Pittman and Zach Nitsche of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the disposition of the property to RPT Realty. The center was 95 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Best Buy, Ulta Beauty, Five Below, Kohl’s, Michael’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, PetSmart, Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, Staples, Regal Cinemas and Chipotle Mexican Grill.
