Sandy Springs, Ga. — A joint venture between RCG Ventures Fund III and a fund managed by DRA Advisors LLC has sold Sandy Springs Crossing in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
The 132,819-square-foot retail center is anchored by LA Fitness. Tenants include Aldi’s, Nori Nori, Canton Cooks, The Savvy Cellars and Bride Beautiful. The center is located about 16 miles north of downtown Atlanta, and was renovated in 2011. The property was 93 percent leased at the time of the sale. Mark Gilbert and Fain Hicks of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction. FCA Partners acquired the property for an undisclosed amount.
