New Hyde Park Sells Retail Center in Suburban Minneapolis for $7.6 Million

Roseville, Minn. — New Hyde Park has sold Roseville Plaza in Roseville, Minnesota, for $7.6 million to a joint venture between Roseville Holdings LLC and Roseville Properties LLC.

Planet Fitness, Starbucks Coffee and BMO Harris Bank anchor the 108,213-square-foot retail center. The property is located seven miles northeast of Minneapolis and 11 miles northwest of St. Paul. Ben Wineman and Emily Dutson of Mid-America Real Estate Corp. and Mark Robinson of Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota represented the seller in the transaction. Ryan Krzmarzick of Colliers International represented the buyer. The sales price was undisclosed.
