Bay Shore, N.Y. — A joint venture between Mattone Group LLC and Gartenstein Properties has acquired ShopRite at Bay Shore, a 60,000-square-foot, single-tenant retail property located in the Long Island community of Bay Shore, for $30 million.
The property is fully leased to ShopRite. Jeffrey Julien and Jose Cruz of HFF worked on behalf of the seller, G&S Investors, in the transaction.
