Katz Properties Acquires 300,588-Square-Foot Shopping Center in Metro Hartford

Enfield, Conn. — Katz Properties has acquired Freshwater-Stateline Plaza, a 300,588-square-foot shopping center located 20 miles north of Hartford in Enfield.

Located at 130 Elm St., the property is 96 percent occupied by tenants including a 136,000-square-foot Costco and a 50,000-square-foot Dick’s Sporting Goods. The center is also shadow-anchored by The Home Depot. The sales price and seller in the transaction were undisclosed.
