Cincinnati — Kimco Realty has sold the 400,000-square-foot Colerain Towne Centre in Cincinnati for $30 million. The power center is located on the northeast quadrant of Colerain Avenue and Interstate 275. The property is anchored by Walmart Supercenter, Dick’s Sporting Goods, PetSmart and Hobby Lobby. Joe Girardi and Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corp., along with Amy Holter of Anchor Associates, represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented.
