Phoenix — Lee & Associates has hired Mark Bramlett as principal in the firm’s Phoenix office. Bramlett has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in the transactional representation of national retailers and landlords, as well as commercial land development.

Bramlett has represented retail tenants including Dayton Hudson (Target), Home Depot Inc., Kroger Company (Fry’s Food Store), Wells Fargo, Walgreen’s Drug Stores, McDonald’s and Raising Cane’s. On the landlord side, Bramlett has represented DMB Associates, Kimco Development, Globe Corporation, Klaff Realty, Barclay Group, Sun Belt Investment Holdings, Evergreen Development and National Retail Properties.
