Levy Realty Advisors Arranges $20 Million Sale of 124,000-Square-Foot Shopping Center Near Fort Lauderdale

Coconut Creek, Fla. — Levy Realty Advisors has arranged the $20 million sale of a 124,000-square-foot shopping center located at 6806-6814 N. State Road-7 in Coconut Creek, approximately 13 miles north of Fort Lauderdale. Brandon Abdelnour and Marcel Saraskin of Encore Real Estate Investment Services represented the buyer, BrassWater, a Montreal-based real estate development firm. Alan Levy and Lielle Sosa of Levy Realty Advisors represented the seller, Coconut Fields, in the transaction. Park Creek Surgery Center anchors the center, which features additional tenants such as Haverty’s and Akumin.
