Marc HaysBexley, Ohio – Marc Hays has joined Stanbery Development as a partner and will focus on leasing and acquisitions, according to the company. Hays previously was a senior vice president of leasing and member of the executive committee at DDR Corp., where he oversaw leasing and site feasibility analysis for acquisitions and investments primarily in the Northeast, Midwest and West. “I’m thrilled to utilize the experience, knowledge and relationships I’ve built over a career on both the retail and development sides to expand our portfolio and vision,” says Hays.
