Smithtown, N.Y. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $10.4 million sale of a 14,460-square-foot Walgreens drugstore on the North Shore of Long Island in Smithtown.
Simon Jonna and Raymond Jonna of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction. The property was built in 2006.
