Glendale Heights, Ill. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $11.5 million sale of Bloomingdale Plaza, a 46,353-square-foot retail strip center located in Glendale Heights, approximately 23 miles west of downtown Chicago. Aldi anchors the 15-suite property, which was fully leased at the time of sale. Additional tenants include Boost Mobile and Glendale Medical, both of which have occupied the center for more than 17 years. The property also features a two-tenant outparcel anchored by Starbucks.
Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor.
