Pinellas Park and Largo, Fla. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $13.7 million sale of a three-property retail portfolio totaling 22,631 square feet located outside St. Petersburg in Pinellas Park and Largo. Gabriel Britti, Ronnie Issenberg and Jonathan Gerszberg of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, an undisclosed local developer, and the buyer, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The portfolio includes 4049-4057 Park Blvd. in Pinellas Park, which sold for $5.2 million; 9040 Ulmerton Road in Largo, which sold for $4 million; and 10125 Ulmerton Road in Largo, which sold for $4.5 million. The properties are home to tenants including Wingstop, Five Guys, Club Pilates, Jollibee and American Family Care center.
