Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $13.8 million sale of Plaza Del Mar, a 32,079-square-foot shopping center located in Fort Lauderdale. The property was 84 percent leased at the time of the sale to Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, Jimmy John’s, Joe’s Crab Shack, Sally Beauty Supply and MetroPCS. Douglas Mandel of Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office represented the seller, South Florida Residential LLC, in the transaction. The buyer is a private investor based in Brazil.
