Pennsville, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3.5 million sale of Cranberry Plaza, a 106,165-square-foot shopping center in Pennsville, New Jersey.
Located at 233 S. Broadway, the 18-acre center features a tenant roster that includes Save A Lot, Metro PCS and local tenant PV Pets and Tap & Bottle. Michael Cebula of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor in the transaction. The buyer was a New Jersey-based private investor.
