Jupiter, Fla. — The Investment Property Group of SRS has arranged the $12.4 million sale of Jupiter Farms Shopping Center, an 84,337-square-foot retail center in Jupiter, Florida.
The center was built in 1998 on 10.2 acres and is situated about six miles west of downtown Jupiter. The center was about 90 percent leased at the time of the sale to tenants including Publix, True Value and T-Mobile. Steve Miskew, Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS represented the seller, Winchester Commons LLC, in the transaction. E&A Property Management LLC acquired the property.
