Alexandria, La. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $4.2 million sale of a 43,084-square-foot shopping center located at 6501 Coliseum Blvd. in the Central Louisiana city of Alexandria. Built in 1994, the center is fully leased to 13 tenants including CHRISTUS Health and Louisiana HomeCare. The property is shadow-anchored by a Walmart Supercenter, which has operated on the site since 2008.
