Houston — Kate Spade, Lucky Brand and Vineyard Vines will all open at Market Street – The Woodlands this fall.
Houston — Three new tenants will open this fall at Trademark Property Co.’s Market Street – The Woodlands project. Market Street – The Woodlands is a mixed-use development in north Houston that includes more than 80 retailers. Kate Spade will open a 1,907-square-foot store at the property. In addition to Kate Spade, Lucky Brand and Vineyard Vines will open 2,500-square-foot and 3,719-square-foot locations, respectively. Over the past year, many new tenants have opened at Market Street – The Woodlands, including Madewell, Calypso St. Barth, Michael Kors and Elaine Turner.
