Mid-America Arranges $54 Million Sale of Lafayette Pavilions Shopping Center

Lafayette, Ind. — Lafayette Pavilions Shopping Center is anchored by Gordmans, Hobby Lobby, Gander Mountain and TJ Maxx.

Mid-America Real Estate Corp.’s team has brokered the sale of Lafayette Pavilions Shopping Center, located in Lafayette for $54 million. The 348,531-square-foot regional shopping center was acquired by a REIT sponsored and managed by Phoenix-based Cole Capital. The center is anchored by Gordmans, Hobby Lobby, Gander Mountain and TJ Maxx. Rick Drogosz and Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Indiana LLC, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Dallas-based Invesco Real Estate.
