In Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Burlington Coat Factory has signed a lease for 49,993 square feet at Shoppes at Dawley Farm. The center is anchored by Kohl’s and Super Target. In Richfield, Minnesota, New Life Family Services has signed a lease for 4,796 square feet at the 57,145-square-foot Richfield Shoppes. The Mid-America Project Leasing team represented the landlord in the transaction.
In Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Villa Join the Movement has signed a lease for 5,460 square feet at Shingle Creek Crossing. The 804,000-square-foot development is anchored by Walmart. The Mid-America Project Leasing team represented the landlord in the transaction. Also in Brooklyn Park, Meineke Car Care has signed a lease for 4,276 square feet at the 28,900-square-foot Brooklyn Park Auto Mall. The Mid-America Project Leasing team represented the landlord in this transaction.
