Minneapolis – Merchant has been named one of the Most Anticipated Restaurant Openings by Eater National and Tasting Table National.
Minneapolis – Merchant, the first restaurant by Chef Gavin Kaysen, has signed a 6,400-square-foot lease at 211 North 1st Street in Minneapolis. Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota retail leasing specialist Carrie Charleston represented Merchant in the transaction. Kaysen is the former executive chef at Café Boulud. Merchant, named one of the Most Anticipated Restaurant Openings by Eater National and Tasting Table National, will open in November 2014.
