Myrtle Beach, S.C. – The Shoppes at Magnolia Row, a planned retail/office complex in Myrtle Beach, will break ground this fall. The 36,000-square-foot project will be ready for tenants in fall 2015. The mixed-use center will consist of restaurant and retail on the first floor and Class A office space on the second floor. Brown Bethune and Phil Bethune of Tradd Commercial represented the buyer in the initial land acquisition and will handle all sales and leasing of the planned complex.
