Mustard Brand Maille Opens First New York Store

New York — The Maille Boutique will offer New Yorkers more than 20 mustard variations.

Cushman & Wakefield has served as advisor to mustard brand Maille, a Unilever subsidiary, on its first standalone store in the United States. Opening its doors on Columbus Ave., The Maille Boutique will offer New Yorkers more than 20 mustard variations including Mustard on Tap and unusual gourmet mustard flavors, as well as its signature cornichons; vinegars and oils; gift items; and kitchen accessories in a 600-square-foot space. Cushman & Wakefield’s Steven Soutendijk, executive director, represented Maille in the transaction. Stanley Lindenfeld and Henry Goldfarb of Lee & Associates represented the ownership of the building.
