Los Angeles — Fathom Development Services, a new owner’s representative firm focusing on retail, fitness, wellness and hospitality properties, has launched in Los Angeles. Fathom offers leasing, tenant coordination, permits and approvals, budgeting, construction-management and design management services to its customers.

John Epperly, senior director of development services, joins DiMaggio on the executive team. Fathom’s first project was negotiating the lease terms for Modern Animal veterinary services. Fathom also aided in facilitating the integration between design and branding for Modern Animal. Fathom also represented ORA, an acupuncture services retailer, in its lease negotiations in Manhattan’s NoHo district.
