Daytona Beach, Fla. — Three new tenants have signed leases at ONE DAYTONA, a 300,000-square-foot mixed-use town center across from the Daytona Motor Speedway being developed by International Speedway Corporation and leased by Legacy Development.
Kasa Living, Clair de Lune and BUILT Custom Burgers will join the center, which will fully open later this year. A 67,000-square-foot Bass Pro Shops and 12-screen Cobb Daytona Luxury Theatres are already open and operating at the center.
Clair de Lune is a Quebec City-based home fragrance store and its subsidiary, Kasa Living, offers home decor, furniture, lighting and accessories. Clair de Lune will occupy 3,539 square feet at ONE DAYTONA, while Kasa Living has signed a lease for 6,600 square feet. It will be the first store for both concepts on the U.S. mainland; the retailer opened stores at Ka Makana Alii in Hawaii earlier this year. Clair de Lune operates more than 60 locations in Canada. BUILT Custom Burgers is a fast casual offering created by The Counter Custom Built Burgers, and will occupy 2,226 square feet at ONE Daytona.
