The centers include 12416 Santa Monica Blvd. in Los Angeles; Stanford Court Properties in Santa Monica; Sepulveda Plaza Center in Van Nuys; 26th and San Vicente in Santa Monica; National Sepulveda Shopping Center in Los Angeles; Hacienda Valley Shopping Center in Industry; and Devonshire and Reseda in Northridge. NewMark Merrill Cos., based in Woodland Hills, owns or operates more than 75 shopping centers totaling more than 10 million square feet in three states.
