Miami, Fla. — Newmark Retail has arranged an 8,621-square-foot lease for the coastal-inspired restaurant, The Hampton Social, in Miami. The Hampton Social will join other tenants at Mary Brickell Village, an open-air, urban dining and shopping destination featuring over 200,000 square feet of open-air retail space. Designed by Parker Hospitality and Chicago-based architect Mark Knauer, the space at Mary Brickell Village will be The Hampton Social’s ninth location. John Ellis of Newmark represented the landlord, and Keith Rogers of RD Advisors represented Hampton Social in the transaction. Located at 901 S Miami Ave., other restaurants at Mary Brickell Village include Moxie’s, Balans, North Italia, Toscana Divino, Starbucks, Raw Jūce, Shake Shack, PF Changs and Blue Martini. Additionally, RivaReno Gelato, an Italian gelato retailer, will soon open its first U.S. location at Mary Brickell Village.
