Little Rock, Ark.  — New England Development has opened Outlets of Little Rock, an open-air lifestyle center located in Little Rock.

Tenants at the outlet center include Restoration Hardware Outlet, Under Armor, Banana Republic Factory Store, LOFT Outlet, Nike Factory Store, Lindt Chocolate Shop, Brooks Brothers Factory Store and Chico’s Outlet, among others.
