San Antonio — The Palomar Group has arranged the sale of Gateway Plaza, a 179,327-square-foot retail center located in San Antonio. The Criterion Fund purchased Gateway Plaza for $16.7 million. The seller was a private investor.
Ollie’s, dd’s DISCOUNTS, Dollar Tree and DG Market anchor the property, which was 90 percent leased at the time of sale. Built in 1988 and renovated in 2024, capital improvements at the center have included an updated façade, parking lot resurfacing and general site upgrades.
