Phillips Edison Acquires Six Grocery-Anchored Shopping Centers in Five States

Cincinnati — Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II has acquired six grocery-anchored shopping centers located in Florida, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Texas and Nevada.

Acquisitions include Crosscreek Village, a 66,660-square-foot, Publix-anchored shopping center located in the Orlando suburb of St. Cloud, Florida; Shaw’s Plaza, a 175,842-square-foot, Shaw’s anchored shopping center located in the Boston suburb of Raynham, Massachusetts; Montville Commons, a 117,916-square-foot, Stop & Shop anchored shopping center located in Montville, Connecticut; McKinney Market Street, an 88,389-square-foot, Market Street-anchored shopping center located in McKinney, Texas; Suntree Square, a 99,269-square-foot, Tom Thumb-anchored shopping center located in Southlake, Texas; and Green Valley Plaza, an 89,332-square-foot, Trader Joe’s-anchored shopping center located in the Las Vegas suburb of Henderson, Nevada.
