St. Louis — A private investment group has sold the 112,300-square-foot South Oaks Plaza in St. Louis to Phillips Edison—ARC Shopping Center REIT Inc. for $9.5 million. South Oaks Plaza, located at the conner of South Lindbergh Boulevard and Mueller Road, is anchored by Shop ‘n Save. Additional tenants at the fully occupied property include Walgreens and Michaels. Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corp., along with Scott Seyfried of Pace Properties represented the seller in the transaction.
South Oaks Plaza is the first Shop ‘n Save-anchored center in Phillips Edison—ARC Shopping Center REIT’s portfolio. The company’s total portfolio includes 52 properties with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $746.3 million.
