Phillips Edison-ARC Buys Grocery-Anchored Shopping Center for $18.9 Million

St. Louis — Schnucks grocery store occupies 48,904 rentable square feet at the center.

Phillips Edison-ARC Grocery Center REIT II Inc. has acquired Southfield Shopping Center, a 109,397-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in St. Louis, for $18.9 million. The acquisition adds the first property in Missouri to the company’s portfolio. Southfield Shopping Center is 100 percent leased to 19 tenants. The center is anchored by Schnucks; other national and regional tenants at the center include Edward Jones, Jefferson Bank and Trust, Great Clips and FedEx Office. Phillips Edison-ARC purchased Southfield Shopping Center from Fortune Southfield Company.
