Pierson Retail Advisors Arranges Sale of Ruisseau Village

Plano, Texas — Pierson Retail Advisors (PRA) has arranged the sale of Ruisseau Village, a 124,567-square-foot shopping center located in Plano.

PRA represented the seller, Bo Avery, West Plano Retail LLC, in the transaction. A California-based buyer purchased the asset for an undisclosed price. Jennifer Pierson and Beth Pierson of PRA’s Dallas office arranged the sale.
