Orlando and Bradenton, Fla. — Plaza Advisors has arranged the sale of two shopping centers located in Orlando and Bradenton, Florida.
Dispositions include Bayshore Gardens, a 162,996-square-foot shopping center located in Bradenton; and Boulevard Plaza, a 102,190-square-foot shopping center located in Orlando.
Tenants at Bayshore Gardens include Publix, TJ Maxx and Anytime Fitness. Tenants at Boulevard Plaza include Albertsons, CVS/pharmacy, Burger King, Papa John’s, AT&T Wireless and H&R Block.
Jim Michalak and Mike Cvetetic of Plaza Advisors represented the seller, Kimco Realty, in the sale of Bayshore Gardens to Publix Super Markets Inc. Michalak and Cvetetic also represented the seller, BP Limited Partnership, in the sale of Boulevard Plaza to Woolbright Development Inc.
