Philadelphia — Philadelpha-based PREIT has inked leases with Forever 21 at four of its malls across the country.
At Magnolia Mall in Florence, South Carolina, Forever 21 will open a 9,000-square-foot location in the fourth quarter. The retailer joins recent additions such as Burlington and Five Below, and the upcoming openings of HomeGoods and H&M. In late 2019, Forever 21 will open an 8,000-square-foot location at The Mall at Princes Georges in Hyattsville, Maryland. Later this year, the fashion retailer will open an 11,000-square-foot location at Plymouth Meeting Mall in Plymouth Meeting, Maryland. Other recent additions at the mall include Whole Foods Market, Dave & Busters, Cyclebar, LEGOLAND Discovery Center and an escape-room entertainment venue. In Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Forever 21 will expand from 7,000 to 14,000 square feet, as part of PREIT’s ongoing remerchandising effort at the mall. H&M, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Fine Wine + Spirits opened at the property last year.
