Hesperia, Calif. — Progressive Real Estate Partners has signed Culichi Town Restaurant to a 10th location in California.
The newest location will be at the site of a former Hidden Tavern at 12728 Main St. in Hesperia, California. Construction is underway on the 6,000-square-foot location, which is expected to open this month. The property, which was built in the late 1990s and renovated in 2017, is located adjacent to a Holiday Inn Express and across from a 370,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Super Target. Gretchen Lastra and Chris Lindholm of Progressive Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Hesperia-based Lemar Investments, in the lease transaction. Jose Chavez of Karpe Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
