The 117,124-square-foot Boynton Lakes Plaza is now anchored by a Publix.Boynton Beach, Fla. — Regency Centers has completed the redevelopment of the 117,124-square-foot Boynton Lakes Plaza in Boynton Beach, which included the addition of a 45,000-square-foot Publix. The redevelopment included the demolition of a Winn-Dixie and the construction of anchor and side shop space, as well as a new exterior facade, parking lot improvements, and upgraded lighting and landscaping. Publix opened on June 9 to join other tenants including Hair Cuttery and Dunkin’ Donuts. The center was built in 1994 and acquired by Regency in 1997.
