North Carolina – Q10 Professional Mortgage of North Carolina has originated two mortgage loans for shopping centers in North Carolina. Flowers Crossroads in Clayton, N.C. is 66,385 square feet and anchored by a Harris Teeter grocery. Beth Harrelson, of Q10, originated the $6.2 million, fixed-rate, non-recourse life company loan on behalf of AEGON USA Realty Advisors. Q10 also originated a loan for Gateway Commons in Wake Forest, N.C. on behalf of Unum. The 110,485-square-foot center is anchored by a Lowes Foods. Spencer Wilson of Q10 originated the $15.4 million fixed-rate life company loan.
