RAF Pacifica Acquires Retail Property in Southern California for $3.2 Million

Carlsbad, Calif. — RAF Pacifica Group has acquired an 18,127-square-foot retail and office property in Carlsbad for $3.2 million.

Jon Busse and Conor Boyle of Colliers International represented RAF Pacifica in the transaction. The seller, Herrick Enterprises, was self-represented. The two-story property is currently leased to Benihana.
