Salem, Ind. — Rafinia Property Group has acquired Riverside Shops of Salem, a 50,000-square-foot retail center located in Salem, for $3 million.
The property is 96 percent occupied by tenants including Dollar Tree and Goody’s. Steve Anevski of Marcus & Millichap represented both the buyer and the seller, Equity Investment Group, in the transaction.
