Zephyrhills, Florida – RCG-Zephyrhills SPE LLC, an affiliate of Atlanta-based RCG Ventures, has purchased the 75,000-square-foot Merchants Square in Zephyrhills, Florida. According to local news reports, it was sold for $4.1 million. A 46,000 square-foot new Hobby Lobby anchors the center. The seller was represented by Anthony Blanco with The Shopping Center Group. RCG was represented in-house by Scott Tarbet.
