RD Management Acquires Shops at Tech Ridge in Austin

Austin, Texas — RD Management LLC has acquired Shops at Tech Ridge, a 504,153-square-foot shopping center located in Austin.

Floor & Décor is set to occupy a 77,958-square-foot vacant space previously occupied by Target. Anchor tenants at the center include Ross Dress for Less, PetSmart, Toys ‘R’ Us and Conn’s HomePlus. Plans for the center include façade renovations on the former Target space and the construction of two new pad sites. The terms of the transaction and seller were undisclosed.
