Wellington, Fla. — HFF has arranged the $19.4 million sale of the Shoppes of Wellington Green, a 130,836-square-foot shopping center located in the Palm Beach County community of Wellington.
The center is located across the street from Mall at Wellington, a 1.2 million-square-foot regional mall. Barnes & Noble, hhgregg and Pier 1 Imports anchor the center, which is also home to tenants including Panera Bread, Starbucks Coffee, The Vitamin Shoppe and La Granja Wellington. Luis Castillo, Eric Williams and Daniel Finkle of HFF represented the seller, LNR Partners LLC, in the transaction. John Williams of LNR Partners aided HFF in the transaction. A private investor out of New York purchased the retail center.
