Naperville, Ill. — Retail Properties of America Inc. (RPAI) has acquired Main Street Promenade, a 182,000-square-foot mixed-use development located 30 miles from Chicago in Naperville.
The center was 93.1 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Anthropologie, J. Crew, Soft Surroundings, Ann Taylor, LOFT, Sur la Table, White House Black Market and Hugo’s Frog Bar & Fish House. The property also includes a vacant parcel with approval for future development of up to 62,000 square feet. The seller was undisclosed.
