Tampa, Fla. — Miami-based Saglo Development Corp. has acquired Florida & Waters Shopping Center, a 159,120-square-foot shopping center located in Tampa, for $8.25 million.
The center was 88 percent occupied at the time of sale by a tenant roster including Save-A-Lot, Citi Trends, CAC Medical Centers, Elegant Beauty Supplies, Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Donuts.
