Corona, Calif. — ShopOne Centers REIT Inc. has acquired McKinley Crossroads, a 202,134-square-foot, single-story retail center in Corona, 45 miles southeast of Los Angeles.
Other terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Simply Fresh Market and 24-Hour Fitness anchor the three-building center, which was built in 1989 and renovated in 2000.
