Shops at Arbor Trails Receives $33 Million in Refinancing

Austin, Texas — Whole Foods Market anchors the fully occupied center.

Austin, Texas  — The Shops at Arbor Trails, a 357,168-square-foot grocery-anchored center in Austin, has received $33 million in refinancing. The property is located at the intersection of West William Cannon Drive and South Mopac Expressway in southwest Austin. The center was built in 2010 and is anchored by Whole Foods Market. Other tenants at the fully leased property include Costco, Haverty’s Furniture and Staples. The seven-year loan includes an interest rate of 3.07 percent. Doug Opalka and Patrick McCord of HFF secured the fixed-rate loan on behalf of Austin-based Christopher Commercial Inc. through Principal Real Estate Investors.
