Indianapolis — Simon Property Group will open seven new Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th stores in the next two years at its Premium Outlets.
The new centers include Merrimack Premium Outlets in Merrimack, N.H., which opens June 14, 2012; Phoenix Premium Outlets, Chandler, Ariz., opening spring 2013; St. Louis Premium Outlets, Chesterfield, Mo., opening 2013; and Tampa Premium Outlets, Wesley Chapel Fla., which open in 2014
Three will open in outlet expansions in Orlando, Fla., Aurora, Ill., and Las Vegas Premium Outlets in Las Vegas in 2013, 2014 and 2015 respectively. Simon’s Premium Outlet portfolio contains 70 centers, including 57 in the United States, one in Puerto Rico, eight in Japan, two in Korea, one in Malaysia and one in Mexico.
